IntelliAdmin, anyone here ever use it?

As the subject says, has anyone here used or uses IntelliAdmin remote administration in their network environment.

We are looking to move away from using Dameware products and looking for something else. While researching an unrelated issue on TechNet, I saw a user there mentioned they used it, however no details were given other than it just worked.

I've been looking into Bomgar as well, but right now budget constraints won't allow to be purchased. However Intelliadmin looks like something we could get and not cost and arm and a leg.

If you use are have used it? Do you recommend it? If so what do you like and not like about it?
