How to "reset" a website for a certain browser?

How can I get a browser to act right for a certain site. For example, right now I cannot even get to the login page at att.com in Chrome. I get redirected to a official ATT error page. I go and do the exact same thing in Edge, and the site works fine. Can I delete the cookies for just that site and get it to read the site correctly again? TIA.

Yeah you could try clearing the cookies and cache in Chrome.
Curious as to what the ATT error page says though.

First, try going to private browsing/incognito mode for that browser and visiting (make sure you don't already have any of those windows open)... this will let you know what happens with a fresh cookie.
If that doesn't fix the loading, then it may be something else entirely. Assuming that works though, yes, you can clear cookies for a specific site (in Chrome for example, you should be able to go to:
chrome://settings/siteData?search=cookie
And from there, search for att and/or uverse and remove cookies associated with that domain and subdomains. It's not 100%, as it could be third party css/javascript that is causing issues, but it's a starting point.

How are you accessing ATT.com? If you are using a bookmark in Chrome then it could be an issue with the bookmark. Try this:
1. Open the AT&T webpage in Edge and copy the URL to the clipboard.
2. Open Chrome and paste that URL into the address bar in Chrome.
3. If it goes to the webpage in Chrome as expected, then it's probably an address issue with the bookmark you are using in Chrome.
4. If that's the case, then create a new bookmark for the current address in Chrome.
5. If you still get the error in Chrome, then yea, it's probably a cache issue in Chrome and you need to delete all the cookies that are associated with ATT.
