anyone looked at this. Is this worth it? They are designed to switch networks based on the network coverage.

Combining the two worst carriers into one network for Fi. If you stay in a metro it's worthwhile and can save you money. If you get around some you might have trouble. I have had a few friends use it, then cancel, no one still uses it that I know.

I use it in New Jersey no problem

When I travel to the sticks it isn't as good as At&t

Also all the sudden my data usage is through the roof. Could be me though

I use it in central Kentucky and I lose service for a minute or two on some of the rural roads heading to my parents but overall I like it and have no complaints.

I have used it since invite-only days and love it.

US Cellular is huge around here so I get great service even far out of towns. TMO rest of the time and very rarely Sprint.

I've only really used it for international service which is really cheap. I think it's sprint and t-mobile backend in the US, so if you know how good the coverage is on those carriers in your area you'll have a decent idea. It also tends to prefer wifi calling so if you're usually in a spot with a wifi you'll be good with that too.

It's no contract so if you're already out of any contact you can try it for a bit. I think they might have expanded the compatible phones but for a while there were only about 4 phones you could use with it so you may have to look into that too.

I have had it since launch and love it, not much coverage difference than most others, there are some areas it is better some it is worse.

Main benefit for me is the overseas part with free texting, discounted calls, and one price wherever for 4G, but that does matter to everyone.

If you are a big internet consumer I would look elsewhere though.

I think it will work with almost any phone, but only the "designed for Fi" phones support network switching.
