Extracting files from Dead LG V10

This morning my phone just died while sending a text message. It just shut down completely. I've tried 2 different batteries that i know are charged....nothing. It won't even pretend to turn back on.
Any legit way to get my music/photos off? Somehow my google stopped syncing in March, and i didnt know that until today.

The V10 had a provision for an external card. Pull that card and plug it into your computer with a card reader. Hopefully, your important information was on that card instead of the phone itself. When my V10 died (charging port wore out), that external card saved me, and my Google account had automatically sucked out and backed up my contacts without me knowing about it.
