Thank you,

I have a 20 year old and an 11 year old ok my account. Since it’s deer season, I’m 95.6% sure my 20 year old is not playing right now. So I’m guessing it’s my 11 year old. He says he was playing fallout 4 and cannot talk to anyone nor text them through the game.

Any theories appreciated.

maybe he said "I like trump" during a game and the thought police intercepted it and deplatformed him.

I’ve dealt with this several times from, unexpectedly, my youngest. Playing online games he would chat (messages/IMs) via Xbox and he said “dumbass” or “bitch” or something and got a 24-48hr ban for messaging

Wait...really? Xbox vans for simple shite talk?

Y'all need to jump on PSN if this is true. shite talking is a staple of online gaming.
