Best iPhone 11 deals

Looking at upgrading my wife's 8Plus to an 11. Like the better camera on the pro, but can't justify the additional cost (at least not yet).
I plan on selling the 8plus, but trade is an option if I can get similar value.
I am on ATT, they always do the BOGO, but I'm not looking to add another line - so that does nothing for me.
Any other deals out there I'm not aware of - anything expected on black friday?

If your wife phone is in working order with no broken screen, check and see what Best Buy will give you for it on trade in.

If you put in on eBay/Swappa you'll get around $400-$450 quickly. This is a perk of getting iPhones, the resale values of older models. Trading it to Best Buy is about $275 right now. If you don't like to deal with the hassle of selling privately thats a $275 Best Buy gift card toward your purchase.

Yeah, that's one reason I want to upgrade. The phone is fine, but I'd rather get her a new one now and get a good return vs waiting another year and getting a lesser return. Unless you are keeping the phones for 5 years (which no one does), I would rather unload them and upgrade regularly.
Is the 8plus to an 11 a worthy upgrade? I have read some mixed reviews...

I’d hold out one more year for the 2020 iPhones. Suppose to be a major design change (no notch) and better specs.
I have an 8+ and it’s running great on iOS 13. Still get a day’s worth of battery. No reason to upgrade yet imo.

Went from the x to the 11pro max.
I’m satisfied with the trade up, I honestly just wanted the bigger screen. I’m now on the iPhone every year plan.
