You won't like the customer support. It's an absolute nightmare. Att can't see Direct account information and vice versa.
Took them NINE months to get our combined discount in place and now it's slowly creeped up to about $40 higher than it ever was and no one can tell me why.
Hence my questions about cord cutting. Picked up my Fire TV today. I'm firing their arse.

I have a tech at my house now installing 1Gb... just $70 a month since I now have Direct TV (switched from cox 6 months ago) compared to 50 mb cox for $65. Definitely worth a try for me. Cox tried to convince me to stay with an offer of 300 mb for $85... what a deal... lol
The fiber is newly installed in my neighborhood so I'm not sure if it's a special deal because of that, but they say the price will not change unless we cancel... I will test it tonight and report back.
