Amazon Prime 4k HDR content isn’t triggering HDR settings through Apple TV.

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue?
It’s only when I try to play HDR content on Amazon prime using my Apple TV. When I play Dolby vision content on the Netflix app it triggers the settings just fine, and when I use my tv’s native Amazon prime app it triggers the HDR mode just fine. It just doesn’t work on my Apple TV.
I’ve tried deleting the app from AppleTV and reinstalling with no luck, as well as just rebooting ATV.
