There is a TV outside that we need to get the audio to a home theater receiver inside that plays music on the outdoor speakers
The receiver has bluetooth capability and broacasts an ID that can be paired with mobile devices such as an iphone
I need a device that can see this bluetooth ID and can pair so we can get the TV outside to play sound throught the receiver

You're gonna have a better time hard wiring it, rather than relying on bluetooth.

We got one from TJ Maxx that is called blue flame or something like that. It has a 3.5 Jack.

you can use one with the 3.5mm jack, but I have had better results with one like this. BT varies from TV to TV, some have worked fine and others have weird latency issues.
