4K player issues

Guardians of Galaxy Vol 2 (4K disc) isn't loading on my 4K player. Returned it and got replacement, which is still showing (loading). Basically locks up player, and won't let me eject either.

Make sure the player has the latest firmware. You might want to see if that player has a thread over at AVSforum.
I don't have a 4K player yet, but planning to get the Oppo Udp-203 for my KS8000. I have had an Oppo blu ray player for years and the PQ is fantastic.

Chances are that anywhere you buy it will be from the same production batch from the same stampers.
Is a firmware update available? Have you taken the disc to a store to see if it screws up on some other make and model 4k player?
