Anelka is a nonfactor in this. Jeez.

Wasted FK. Drive that ball in. Where are Malouda and Henry? France would be up a couple if these two were playing

For as talented as France are, they have zero imagination out there...except for a Ribery run every 20 minutes.

France is crapping the bed right now

Ribery's been poor today. I've been impressed by Evra.

I'm starting to think the only way Uruguay scores is on an own goal.

wasted FK attempt for uruguay

both these teams are playing like garbage. france refuses to play it into the box for some reason...

Can OP change "(coverage starts 1 pm CDT, ESPN)" to the score of the game? Or perhaps he could not make official game threads. Either or...

As much as I love Chelsea, I've never liked Anelka. To me, he is a product of Lampard and Drogba's creative play.

this looks like a ugly friendly right now. Very uninspired play

Lodiero should help improve Uruguay's play through the midfield. Their forwards are their strength, but they can't do a whole lot if they don't get the ball fed in to them well.

Were not putting scores. Alot of posters request we don't since they work during the day and record games.

Define good, SFP?
Uruguay have stymied a talented French side for over an hour, now. They were like 5th in CONMEBOL qualifying iIrc.
Poor giveaway by Sagna, and almost a goal for Uruguay.
