With that being said, I don't mind selling him. It just has to be the right price.

Kane knows the price
Levy knows the price
City knows the price

Either pay it or don’t. Very cut and dry IMO

Kane has not reported for training today.

Damn. I didn't think that he had this in him.

Push comes to shove he falls in line.

What’s curious about this whole thing is how much the media, and opposing fans, seemingly want Tottenham to sell Kane. If you’re a United, Chelsea or Liverpool fan why on earth would you be in favor of Tottenham selling Kane to city? City just won the league without Kane ffs.

I hate to see Kane go, but I understand why he wants to. That being said €100 mill is not nearly enough. €150 mill is the minimum they should pay and the only reason it's that low is because of the pandemic. Neymar, Mbappe, & Coutinho all went for €150+.

Kane trying to force our hand into giving a state-run football team a discount is a bad look IMO.

….especially since he still has several years left on his current contract.

Yep, and I’ll bet most fans feel that way. Lots of people hate Levy, and love Kane, but no one wants to see Levy sell him for a penny less than what he’s worth, even if Kane has earned a move for his service. Fans would back Levy in this case I think.

Plus, what’s the incentive to sell him for 100m this summer? You could easily sell kane next summer for that same amount, if not more, as he’d still have two years left on his contract. Lol. Also, you’d have Kane at your club for another year, likely landing you in Europe and the money that comes with that.

I say call his bluff, and let him sit out as long as he wants, but fine him every day he no shows. Either City pays the asking of 150m or whatever it is, or Kane can skip training, rack up fines, have fans turn on him and eventually come back to the club with tail between legs, because he’s not prepared to sit out the season. Levy has all of the leverage.

Eh, reports are that he didn’t show today but has informed the club he’ll report near the end of the week.

Spin spin spin from his camp after the backlash.

Bottomline, why is he mad at us? He should be mad at City for not valuing him more than Grealish.

Regardless, I'm ready for him to move on and us to move on. Nuno is building a culture and I don't want Kane fricking that up.

Apparently Kane's brother is his manager.

Between this PR disaster and getting absolutely schooled by Levy on Kane's last contract wording, I'm starting to think the Kane's brother (and Harry to an extent) is an idiot.

Romero Here We Go!

Nice to have a talented player that really wanted to come to Spurs.

Seriously. The only person Kane should be mad at is whoever negotiated his last contract, and didn’t include some sort of release clause.

Oh, and he can be upset at city for not making a proper offer.

.

100% agree. I really think Romero has the ability to make everyone around him better.

I’m hoping that over the next couple of weeks we can focus on moving some of our fringe guys and players who have openly admitted they don’t want to be here.

Ideal OUT
Winks - €15 - €20 million
Aurier - €10- €15 million
Sanchez - €25 - €30 million
Sissoko - ?
Dier - Unlimited supply of UNO cards for the squad.

Ideal IN
RB - Tomiyasu? Aarons?
CB - Milenkovic? Ake?
Forward - Vlaholic?
Winger - Daamsgard?

Is Kane biting the hand that feeds him? Remember whenTottenham believed in him after all those loan spells...

I agree with you, but at this point I think he is checked out and will cause more problems for the squad than we need. Erickson was professional all the way to the end, but there is no denying how much his form dipped the last year at Spurs. I think Kane is done. We have a new manager and are bringing in new players this summer. We just need to turn the page.

I think Levy needs to come out publicly and say Kane is available for the right fee. Up to this point all he has done is say we refuse to sell him. 100 million won’t do it, but Levy needs to publicly come out and state what he wants. That’s the only way to take the pressure off the club and put it on Man City.

We haven’t had UCL football in 2 years and if we’re being honest we won’t finish top 4 this year either. We need to let Kane move on if someone will pay the fee and start the rebuild.

Old boy Harry must be feeling a little heat to put this nonsense out. He knows Messi just fricked it all up for him

I'm very curious on the "specifics" of it, because if he was always planning on returning to training tomorrow then you think he would've released this statement at the beginning of the week when everyone was going nuts.

Harry and his agent/brother must be dumber than I thought.

Exactly, if you’re reading all of these “hurtful” comments you say something earlier. Not at the end of the week when the move to City is looking less likely
