Time to unleash Super Jan for the last 20 min. He was magic in CL last year

This is just brutal. Could see us finishing outside of European position in the league and making a change mid-season 20/21 when we're again mid table.

Blessing in disguise

With Son injury we don’t have the depth now to manage PL, FA Cup, and Champions League.

So to recap, the current state of the club:

1. Can’t score
2. Can’t maintain possession
3. Can’t keep the ball out of our net

Things are looking up!

Yeah I really don’t know where goals are going to come from for the remainder of the season. I think between Kane & son they were responsible for about 50% of the team goals.

If I'm being honest I 100% expected the match to play out the way it did. We have been finding a way to get results lately, but it has been almost unwatchable. We have ceded possession to teams like Southhampton and Aston Villa so we were never gonna control the ball against an elite possession team like Leipzig.

1 nil down is actually a better result than we deserved today.

Winks, Lo Celso, & Ndombele starting together.

Ndombele can pick a pass, but he needs to take about 2 touches less in the midfield.

Also, I'm convinced Spurs not having a proper hold-up man is the cause of these performances.

Zero real threat of attack. Absolutely zero.

You can get all the wing players you want but unless you have someone effective up front this what ends up happening. Thanks again Levy for not addressing striker depth in January

Good choice

Nevermind the attacking struggles, what in the hell is going on with the defense? Have been as porous as a mesh water bottle as of late.

Would absolutely love if tottenham could move Dele along, and bring in grealish. Aside from his skill, he adds a certain toughness the squad could use. All that said, neither will happen.

Starting XI: Gazzaniga, Aurier, Sanchez, Tanganga, Davies, Dier, Winks, Lo Celso, Dele, Bergwijn, Lucas

Hugo has a groin; Toby, Jan, Ndombele on bench I’m assuming resting up for FA Cup on Wednesday

Lamela getting injured in pregame isn't even a surprise anymore.

This team is so frustrating to watch. I miss the 15/16-17/18 years.
