I was a little ticked when he didn't pass back/cross to Rashford during that 1st attempt, but when they showed the replay he just touched himself into a bad position and had no other options.

It would've definitely been tough for him to hit Rashford or Donny on the cut back. I don't blame him for taking the shot. The Rashford pass for his goal was amazing and his pass for the Rashford goal was nice as well.
