Lol Italy is saying talks with Dybala are hotter than ever. England is saying we backed out. I would love to think we false press leaked to British media in order to put a pep in Juve’s step, but I’m not sure I believe our front office is that smart.

The only thing that gives me hope is that Simon Stone has missed just about every signing united have made this summer.

He has got to be getting tired of being fed bad information.

I can’t believe we aren’t going to sign a midfielder.

Italian sources say United is still trying to work the deal. I don’t think it will happen either, but calling it a fact seems a little overboard.

I’ll believe Stone and Peach for United info more than anyone. Juventus might want to try and push Dybala out but we aren’t going to bring in someone that doesn’t want to be here. It’s not happening

tbh stone has been complete trash this window. said there was nothing in both the james and awb signings days/week before they went down.

Fabrizio hasn’t missed yet this window from my recollection. Until he says it’s off I have hope. More worried about Fernandes at this point anyway.

Erm
I also don’t think there is any shot if this happening with 3 days left, but I guess it’s worth mentioning.

I think Eriksen would be available for around 70 million, I dont think Levy's Pride is so big that hell lose that much money just for Eriksen to go on free to Madrid next summer

Si apparently we are really trying this Eriksen thing. Don’t get me wrong, I like him as a player and I think he would make our team significantly better. But Spurs have got Ndombele and if they are about to get lo Celso (can’t spell it for shite) I see no circumstance where they would still pick up Fernandes. It just seems like me we should have a clear path to Bruno, but if we get Eriksen and Bruno somehow stays at sporting I guess I can’t complain at this point.

the bruno situation sums up this boards leadership better than anything else. completely incompetent. the midfield is a disaster and will cost us CL for another year if they don't bring something in.

the midfield needed help last year. now without felliani and herrera it's much worse.

it just sucks that they are going to waste all of the momentum and two great signings they have already made by leaving the midfield in its current state.

Pretty sure United did this as well.
It's the player's terms that got the United deal hung up.
