agreed. He didn't play great yesterday but that happens in sports. Some days just aren't your days. I've never seen Howard play so poorly.

Tim Howard is still a great goalie even with this bad game. I didn't like his post game comments though. If you don't want the celebration in Spanish then make some saves.

He said he didnt appreciate the trophy ceremony being all in Spanish. Doesnt make any sense to me because 70% of those people in the stadium didnt speak a word of English anyway AND their team won the damn thing

Whats the point of repeating this sentiment yet again? As If the language of the trophy ceremony will motivate a world class keeper to play better. Howard had an off night. Get over it. Mexico are better than us.

You guys crack me up, heaven forbid someone makes a negative comment about anything on this board.
OK so disgrace maybe was a bit harsh, and yes he is better that what we have; but overall still not saying much. We have a long way to go over all as a USA soccer team thats all I'm saying.

Do you follow soccer? Howard is a Top 5 keeper in the EPL. Saying he is not good is just idiotic.
No, it is pretty clear that all you are saying is Howard is hot garbage..don't start crawfishing now hombre.

We lose a lot more close games if we don't have howard in front of goal. He is the only reason we can consistently win with only one or two goals. "Consistent" may be the wrong word but you get my drift.

He's widely considered one of the best in the world; he had an off day but with the shitty defense we played I don't know of anyone who could have saved us.
