Missed all the action this morning, had a little pitch invasion of my own.

Why all the dramatics? What's a little argy bargy between some disgruntled football fans and the local constables? Tale as old as thyme. I can do without the violence but I stand with the people.

Oh and, #gladmyownerisRussian

What is the significance of the green and yellow colors (smoke bombs and scarves) amongst the man u fans protesting? When I flipped it on this morning it was kind of already going down and I thought man there's a lot of Norwich City fans there

Original colors of the club when it was founded as Newton Heath.

SCH or someone else can probably speak to this more, but I remember the scarves becoming a popular protest symbol when the Glazers first took over.

Yea during the peak of the protests around 2010

Fans would bring them to every match

Even the champions league match vs Milan a fan threw one towards Beckham and he wore it walking off the pitch.

BLM signage in your face

Are you saying holding up signs is rioting?
Is it because the sign has the word ‘black’ in it that makes it a riot?

He’s saying that because a bunch of English men saw American cities torched and trashed by BLM, they decided to do what they did today

Doubt any of these guys are on the side of BLM or give a shite about American social issues to even be aware

so what's the crux of the protest other than "Glazer's suck"?

They’ve siphoned over a billion dollars from the club since taking charge. That’s a billion dollars not going to the club and community

In contrast. Man city owners have put up over a billion dollars INTO the club.

Frick glazers

Pathetic

To try and pull that

Especially bc the media has already called out those idiots

This isn’t about Liverpool so stop trying to make it about how Liverpool fans got portrayed in the media

The victim look isn’t a good look so stop

Regardless today’s protest seemed to get a ton of support from Liverpool fans
