Crazy that he only has a season left after this one. His impact is finally being felt, would love for him to be in this for the long haul.
Back in the summer he said he'd stay if we were winning. I think he'll do another year or two.

Still feels like the project will be incomplete, even given another two years beyond his current contract.

A part of me is happy we clinched so we can really rest players
The other part of me wants to the keep point streak going.

I’d love to see Foden/Brahmin/Tosin play, but I think we will mostly see first teamers still until the group is won.

With Delph at LB, Otamendi starting with Stones, and Dinho as the full time holding mid. Pep is a better magician than Dumbledore.

Delph at LB has been obvious since last year. Someone on the then-called City Watch podcast suggested Pep could move him before Pep even coached a game.
The biggest improvement this team has seen isn't from Delph, Ota, Stones, Sterling, etc. The biggest improvement is set pieces. These short corner routines are bagging goals. It's obvious the team did a lot of drilling this Summer on set pieces and attacking routines around the box.

This is how it feels to be small.
8 points clear at the top
31/33 points
Best start in Peps career
Scoring 15 more goals than the 2nd best scoring team
7 conceded is good for 2nd in the league
We're insane.

City were really bad today I thought. Napoli took a lot out of them. They were lucky to be playing Arsenal today in all honesty.
On a different day, City win that game by 5 or 6.

Congrats on the season y'all are having. City are very fun to watch. Always been a fan of Pep. We never really had a chance today despite our goal.

Any time over the last four years, City lose that game 1-3.
They played very mediocre, but still beat a top 6 team by two, and it really wasn't that close.

bingo. We played poorly and were rarely in danger of losing.

City are going to have their documentary on Amazon Prime chronicling the 17-18 campaign.
quote:
The ground-breaking, multi-episode series will follow the Club throughout the current campaign, offering fans an insight into the day-to-day workings at the City Football Academy and the lives of Pep Guardiola and his players.
An Amazon Prime Original, the programme is scheduled for a 2018 release in more than 200 countries and in addition to taking fans into the inner sanctum of the Club’s world-leading training facilities, it will also include interviews with the manager and access to executive meetings.

The show joins a growing list of Amazon Original sports entertainment programmes, including, The Grand Tour, two series of All Or Nothing which follows the Arizona Cardinals and The Los Angeles Rams over an entire NFL season, New Zealand All Blacks, McLaren F1, and live streaming of NFL Thursday Night Football and the ATP Next Gen Finals.
It will be available to stream via the Amazon Prime Video app for TVs, connected devices including Fire TV, mobile devices and online.
Heather Schuster, Amazon Original’s Head of Unscripted, is looking forward to sharing the Club’s story across the globe.
“This new Amazon Prime Original series will give Prime members extraordinary insight into Manchester City, the top English Premier League Football team and one of the most exciting and respected teams globally,” she added.
“The story behind the coaches and players is fascinating and we are very excited to work with the Manchester City team to deliver an exclusive all access experience to our Prime members.”

Sergio Aguero was taken to hospital after fainting at halftime of Argentina's friendly defeat to Nigeria.

Just a dizzy spell, never lost consciousness. Still alarming.

He’s apparently fine, so that’s good.
