After playing a full season in Online Seasons, I officially suck at this game. Goalkeeping seems a lot weaker than '17, as well as AI for defenders. I have a lot more trouble making defenders miss on one on ones but they seem to have a lot easier time making me miss, hah.
Oh well, hopefully will figure this out. Haven't won a game yet.

I really struggled division 10-8 for some reason. Always advanced but close games. It just take experimenting with formations and teams. I've found my team and set up and my first 3 games in Division 7 have been 7-1, 6-1, and 5-0 wins

This is one of the more ridiculous things I’ve read in this thread. This may have been true a week ago, but completely false since the patch.

keep in mind the game hasn't been out that long, so there is a good chance that even in the lower divisions you might be running into someone like me who just got the game this weekend. it takes a while for the community to sort itself out

Yeah, I played United yesterday and De Gea made 14 saves. I'm still proud of myself for not breaking the controller.

They need to go back post patch. Yeah, it was easier to score, but it was much more fun winning/losing 5-3 than it is beating/losing to the AI 1-0.

I was running a EPL and a Serie A squad, but then realized it would take forever to get a great a EPL team because everyone is so fricking expensive. So I sold everyone lol. Now I'm making a Bundesliga squad for my rotation (for fitness).

Ultimate Team died to me several FIFAs ago, but I'm giving the squad challenge thing a shot. After this latest rotation of teams I think I'll be in Gold 1. I have a Bundesliga squad. Saving for Thiago and Werner right now.

Ive been doing fut hard for a few years now, but a couple years ago i packed a tots david luiz and sold for 900k. Its only recently set in that i will never be that lucky again, so i just plan the year on being able to have a sick arse mls squad by late summer, which is dumb cause everyone else still has way better teams by that point, but its still fun.

I had in form Auba last week up top with Lewandowski. Sold them both, I was having more success with LF/S/RF formations..Ousmane Dembele particularly has been my most lethal goal scorer and I've had Sanchez, Bale, OTW Lukaku (funded my roster), Griezmann, Lacazette...basically all the great forwards on the game sans the icons, CR7, Messi, and Hazard
Dembele isn't going to bang them in from 25, but he gets into position for easy goals on counter attacks and has a 5 star weak foot. Right now I'm running Martial, OTW Laca, Dembele up top in a 4-3-2-1. I made an all French team after selling my Bundesliga squad. Figured I would hold on to OTW Yarmolenko though because he isn't selling for much all things considered
Packing OTW Lukaku funded 90% of this team

My favorite game mode again is co-op seasons. I've played FIFA online with one friend in particular for like 6 or 7 years now. We pretty much blow everybody out until we hit division one. We're working our way back up now. Played 4 tonight and outscored our opponents like 15-1, and it would've been a lot worse if we weren't trying to set ourselves up for bicycle kicks
ETA: City and United are stupid good inform right now. We were taking Lukaku off for the last 20 minutes to bring on Ibra

I've spent maybe 100$ on packs and the best I've gotten is fricking iniesta. I've made all my coins raping the fitness card market, if I sold everything right now I'd have about 600k or so.
