He should just watch shitty spl games. Zero offense, and “tough” players

That's rich.

I'm the exact opposite. Love the Bundesliga. Don't give a shite about La Liga.

I would tell you to support Leipzig, but we only welcome lifelong fans.

Maybe I just have a bias against Germans because of the wars.

Aron Jóhannsson at Werder Bremen is doing pretty good now

OP
Want a team to follow, start following Eintracht Frankfurt.
1 point out of being 2nd in league, Timmy Chandler(USA) plays on the team, and Nike Kovac is their coach.

please give me the arguement of why to root for them
Honest Question
I do not have a favorite team but would like to know more about their fan culture
I might be moving between them and Mainz and was looking into the difference besides talent of team. What are the fan experience like

Support Lautern, about 45min south.

I was going to say BMG, but following them would be like following the St.Louis Blues. They kick you in the groin and disappoint. Just when you think everything is going great, a square size 17 boot to the groin.
But then again, rooting for a club like that makes it so much more memorable when they finally do get over the hump.
If i was picking a Bundis side(i enjoy watching the league), i would pick BMG then Frankfurt.
BMG has history, more of older history of winning, but still have it.

I don't think he's looking for a second-division team. Probably wants one he could at least see on FS1 or FS2.

There was an article the other day about some of the top English youth moving to Germany to get in the German clubs academies.
Or signing , like the one kid did with RBL.

Bundesliga teams play their young talent early. It's the best place for young talent to get real time against top quality opponents.

2nd or 3rd division don't scare me. I Support 3rd division hockey here now and enjoy it. Are the stadiums easy to get to by public transport?
