and the swiss cheese defense has tightened up.

People think his style is boring, but he gets results. In CFB, he'd be the guy running a Power I and running 60-80 times a game, and people would yell that it's boring as he goes to bowl after bowl.

So Big Sam is Kirk Ferentz with a tendency to change jobs.

Dude is so underrated. I'll repeat it again just for shits and giggles. He had fricking Sunderland who is now free falling to league one 6th in form table for 2015 Jan-may. He's a hell of a manager

So are you admitting that Koeman was the problem and not the players?

What's the soccer equivalent of punting from the opponent's 36?

Impressive considering he's only been the coach for three league games...

He was also undefeated as England's coach, I can't believe they got rid of him.

Remember all those frickers bashing him when his name came up for the USMNT job.

Big Sam with an actual budget to build a squad might be scary.

I wasn't sure, but he does wonders with dumpster fires. Everton were a sieve, he's made them steady, even under pressure. Team is 10x better since he took the gig.

And Big Sam is still laughing at the Swans

Didn't Big Sam give Yedlin significant minutes while he was at Sunderland?

Paul Clement sees that and raises "passing the ball back to your keeper when chasing a game"

Yes yedlin played a lot but mainly out of necessity. He actually played fairly well though. He complimented Kone and Kaboul really well who Sam turned into one of the best cb pairings in the league for 4 months.

Really interested to see who Sam goes after in January. He is actually a very meticulous scout. Sunderland were on a huge budget and he brought in Kone and Khazri from France. He has talked extensively about how France offers better value on players who he thinks can do well in the PL. I really hope Everton give him legit funding because I’m really curious to see how far he can go.

Koeman can't coach. That was proven in Spain. He may have had a promising spell in the Netherlands, but, that league sucks (in spite of some isolated interesting talents that are everpresent and ever blooming, but not at the previous rate whatsoever).

A donkey can lead PSV.
