Yeah he was exiled for some reason. Why can't AMN get a game anymore either? It's exhausting that Arteta keeps doing the same thing all the time.

Nelson had a really pedestrian match, but I am so over Willian. Sadly it looks like Martinelli will be out multiple weeks with a badly twisted ankle. Hopefully Saka can slide into left wing and Pepe can produce on the right. That or Auba somewhere with Laca up top.
AMN should 100% be out there.
Also, Saka is having a not so great match since coming on. Especially considering just how great he has been lately.

There is an incredibly amount of young talent, and an incredible amount of young talent we let go for nothing, like Bennacer, Gnabry, Malen, and some talent we will probably lose that will go elsewhere and perform, like Nelson, Balogun, and AMN, unless we start playing them.

I don't want to come across as negative or too nitpicky, but there is no way Cedric should be playing ahead of AMN.
Also, Elneny is just a body out there really, he can recycle possession sure, but how does Arsenal not have anyone better? I am assuming in a week or so when Partey is completely back he will slide in to where Xhaka is and Arteta will move Xhaka back to defensive mid where Elneny is currently?

Xhaka is better not being the deepest midfielder. He is so wild on the challenge that you absolutely cannot trust him. I'd rather Partey and Elneny, to be honest. The problem is that our younger midfielders lack seasoning because they don't get games, and when they get games, it is obvious they need more games, which they aren't going to get here. I would be in favor of a loan for Willock if we got someone else in.
For me the reality is that our academy players have far higher ceilings than many of our senior players, but lack the requiste experience to see us through a difficult PL campaign. Arteta hasn't yet figured out how to nurture young players into roles. ESR is an exception, and that might have been because his hand was forced, as we couldn't produce chances in any formation without a dedicated no.10. He has bungled the Balogun and Saliba situations, plays AMN and Willock randomly, exiled Nelson, and hasn't used Eddie properly. That isn't to mention the Guendouzi situation.
People insist Arteta is quite astute, but his tactics up until literally 2 weeks ago were insane, and his man-management has been poor. We've won four straight because of ESR at the no. 10. That literally saved his job. For me, despite the wins, the margins on Arteta are quite small.

I would sell AMN, Eddie, Willock and others if you aren't going to use them properly, which Arteta seems hesitant to do. Azeez looks talented but will he get game time under Arteta?

Game kind of sucked til the end. Sad for Martinelli.

Judging by the post game comments Arteta still believes Willian can contribute. Not trying to be a dick but i hope Willian comes down with another sickness that takes him out til the summer.

It was weird for sure, Arteta had him as the CAM. Now I know Arsenal without Ozil don't really have anyone for that spot, and have looked like shite there until ESR came on a few weeks back, but Arteta truly does have a thing for Willian which is infuriating.
