Agreed.

Also, do not shoot the messenger, but with the Messi and Bartomeu falling out at Barca there are already a ton of rumors swirling that City will pay whatever the price to sign him should he want to leave.

Obviously very unlikely, but there are rumors that Messi has given Barca an ultimatum of either he goes or Bartomeu does.

This would be our best buy in a while. Super cheap, as well.

After weeks of speculation, Mexican national team midfielder Rodolfo Pizarro left Monterrey on Wednesday to join Inter Miami.

Mexican club Monterrey made the news official Wednesday night with a press release confirming that Pizarro “unilaterally rescinds his contract with the club due to his wish to continue his sports career with the new MLS franchise in Miami.”

Barca using a La Liga rule to get Braithwaite from Leganés

I don't think it's a La Liga rule per se. Simply, their legal structure permits as such, when a solicitation is properly presented.

That said, were it the other way around, La Liga likely would have told them to frick off.

I don't have a problem allowing them to make an emergency signing, the fricked up part is La Liga not letting Leganes sign a replacement.

is La Liga not letting Leganes sign a replacement.

Especially since they sold an important striker to Sevilla, not too many weeks ago.

Barca marks on Twitter saying “Well technically Leganés or Braithwaite still have the option to turn them down”

But do you really think that’s going to happen? Especially Braithwaite. Dude probably can’t believe he’s a Barca player still.
