What a horrible buy from Liverpool.
Only on an Island where Ricardo Montalbán and Hervé Villechaize are your hosts, would this deal even be considered decent.
So many better defenders out there and cost would be 1/3 of price. and he's dutch to boot, not some grossly overrated brit, who goes for a high price to epl team.

In what system?
In Klopps system, the CB's *have* to have the speed and agility to recover quickly from playing high up the pitch on offense.. This is why Dejan Lovren, though a decent CB when he was at Southampton in a defensive system that set out to play it "safe" for 90 minutes, is so horribly bad at what he does at Liverpool under Klopp.
