Actually pretty brilliant. Just as Nancy Pelosi was concerned about "job lock", Yang's UBI would just eliminate that.
If there are no jobs, no workplaces, no meanie, doo doo head "bosses", then it would be unlikely that folks would get mad enough for a workplace shooting.
