The new Museum of the Bible in Washington D.C. opened this past weekend, but some critics are saying that the museum dedicated to the sacred text isn’t inclusive enough for their liking. One “scholar” in a particular, Yale University Hebrew Bible professor Joel S. Baden, took the museum — which he hasn’t even visited — to task for not having representations from faiths other than Christianity and Judaism. “There are a number of prominent omissions that make it clear that it’s not a museum of the Bible as one might imagine it from a secular perspective,” Baden said.

Yes. They need to be more inclusive. They probably don't want to fill the NFL Hall with all those white guys!

The guy who owns Hobby Lobby put up 500 million for construction of the museum. I'd say it's his to do as he pleases.

Vegetarian restaurants aren't inclusive to meat eaters.

Well yes, but the bigger point is that a Bible museum should be Bible specific.

Yeah, maybe the Goat humpers can get BHO to donate a few mill to the "Holy Koran" Museum.

Maybe the African American Museum in Washington should feature more exhibits illustrating the contributions of Caucasians, Native Americans and Asians?

Since the Yale professor isn't happy with excluding other religions from the Bible museum, maybe they could include some exhibits showing Christians being beheaded by Islamists? You know, just to make it more inclusive.

So, why don't you let us know what parts are missing oh wise Yalite. I'd imagine one could give voice to Egyptian manner of worship or countless other non-Judeo-Christian, non-starter that no longer exist manners of worship

For allegedly smart people, many in academia are going to have to learn the hard way. When the American public gets to the limit, they're going begin starving these institutions of money. I see a lot of unemployed professors in the near future.

I can't even imagine the narrow range of people these fools feel comfortable interacting with. How the hell do they live???
