Brother was interviewed morning after the shooting and basically said they'd barely spoken in years and only knew the most superficial details about the shooter's doings over the past few years.

Today, he's interviewed and goes on a 30 minute rant about all sorts of recent financial and other seemingly quite recent personal details of the shooter.

I saw that as well. Has it been confirmed that it was him in the pu$$y hat at the anti Trump rally?

And...
Wow. Hannity has really packed on some lbs.

Look at the congressional shooter. It's not that hard to imagine left wing terror. Its actually easier to imagine that than an american his age turning to islam.

Yeah the brother originally said that he barely talked to him and basically didn't know shite about him. Then later said "he's made me and my family rich". I'm not at all saying his brother was in on it. But I am saying his brother is lying. I thought it was weird he was even letting people interview him in his yard like that. Very uncommon for situations like this

If you watch the recent video of the brother, he claims that he ate "thousands" of dollars worth of sushi with his brother and that he stops by in Reno so his kids can visit their uncle. Sounds like they see each other often actually.

Only one of those two guys was a cop. The one on the left was Fox reporter, Adam Housley. Housley is the one who made the remark about “misstatements.” It was an awkward end to the interview, but I don’t believe it was anything sinister.

Look if it’s that easy to imagine what’s stopping it from being a double false flag. Like why can’t it always be another step into the conspiracy zone?

I felt like I was on crazy pills.
Why would the brother just walk onto his lawn and speak to hordes of rabid press about his own brother slaughtering innocent people.

It was so obviously bizarre. Now, as of today, made to look even stranger after the brother expanding on his previous statements in a very contradictory way.

So this guy's dad was on the FBI's most wanted list, right?

And this guy's brother just commited the largest mass massacre in US history.

So I would be surprised if he wasn't making misstatements. With the genetic, and maybe a number of environmental predispositions to exteme criminal behavior, unreliable statements are among the least surprising, and least concerning (by comparison) behaviors.

do you really think people are genetically predisposed to criminal behavior?

Well I think there are certain behaviors and other psychological traits that make criminal behavior more likely, and there is a hereditary basis for those traits.

For example, difficulty regulating emotions, delaying gratification, and impulsivity are all associated traits that have a hereditary basis. And those traits make poor decision making more likely, which would likely include and lead to a number of criminal behavior.

Maybe I should have been more clear when using genetic predisposition, but I don't mean that there is a genetic profile for the specific criminal behavior, just the hereditary conditions of behaviors that make them more likely more generally.

There is some degree of heritability with Antisocial Personality Disorder, but it is much less than there is with Schizophrenia or a Mood Disorder.

We don't even know if his father would have been diagnosed with APD, because the psychiatric report the idiots on this board are hung up on is old as hell and uses general terminology to describe him. Psychopath with suicidal tendencies could describe 50% of the prison population at any given time. It isn't a formal diagnosis.

At age 64, Paddock would have been previously hospitalized or at least treated had he been significantly mentally ill. We would know by now if that had been the case.
