3rd bullet point.

quote:

Trump and Republicans easily win shutdown battle

* The Democrats caved Monday three days into their government shutdown gamble.
* This is a clear win for President Trump and the congressional Republicans.
* The news media's failure to strongly support the Democrats was a key factor.

the winning....

Damn. The mask of impartiality has been fully removed, no?

Is there even any pretense of fairness in journalism any more? Any journalism majors on here want to opine.

As if you needed any further evidence of what everyone (even liberals) already knows...

Just use their own bullet point.

They stopped trying to hide their bias years ago.

They need to petition the Bureau of Standards and Measurements to impose a 30 hour day and a 10 day week - because 24/7 just isn't enough.

"mistakenly?" Nah.

In the end, CNBC is about business. It is about pragmatism and making money. About 1/3rd of It's anchors and/or pundits are conservative. Observing the obvious is not a mistake.

I should get a hearty laugh out of this, but all I feel is profound sadness.

We must, I say again screaming at the top of my lungs,MUST break up the media cooperations.
We MUST use anti trust laws to break up the media.
I recommend that Twitter, google and Facebook be regulated as utilities. If they try and fight it, make it illegal for them to track users and sell their data.
We must make to illegal for national broadcasters to own local tv stations
We must make it illegal for tv stations to own radio stations or newspapers. Any corporation can not own more than one form of media. National media providers cannot own local stations.
We must split up the media into hundreds of smaller companies that have different opinions instead of 6 cooperations that collude to frame a narrative. Gannet needs to be looked into. The associated press needs to be investigated. We must break the globalist progressives communist grip on media before they cause a civil war. The media is as corrupt as any government agency. They are in bed with the cia and take money from foreign governments and multinational organizations to push a narrative. They are the same as Fusion GPS, liars for sell.
This country must destroy the media as it exists and rebuild a fair media owned by many different players with a wide variety of opinions. If a civil war should start, those in the media that seeded the war should be shot first.
