No ... I would’ve simply found a way to back out or attempted to call authorities as futile that may have been.. I at the same time feel charges are unwarranted bc ultimately you have a threatening individual attempting to refuse someone’s ability to leave a situation peacefully.. you have a pregnant woman in this case and that only raises the emotional level of defense
