the us needs to come up with a plan to contain the virus in china. china is worried enough. to have quarantined 45 million people. should not the us limit and control the Chinese travel to the United States
how soon would the leftest lawyers put that on hold do to discrimination

The bigger question is, if Chinese people start to leave China and claim that climate change has affected them, what will the UN do since they deemed its illegal to turn them away?

There is no inherent right for anyone to immigrate anywhere. Policies have always changed over time. In 1923 Canada had a 'Head Tax' on Chinese immigrants. Europeans could apply for immigration for free. Chinese had to pay $500 (in 1923 money) if they were approved for immigration.
