How do we know this? Not saying it isn't true. But wondering how the word got to us that a criminal said I am a woman? Shouldn't everyone in the room just shrug, chuckle and continue playing cards or whatever they were doing. But no, some idiot decided I need to know this and think the whole world needs to know that a nothing scum said "I am a woman".
Who give a crap. There are crazy people all over the place. When someone with hallucinations, see mailboxes as people, you don't hear about that. This should be no different.
Medical community should make a not and document it and we should never know about it unless we are doing a deep diver research paper on certain mental illnesses.
