Manslaughter max only because once an individual is detained you are responsible for that persons well being. No attempt means negligence. What I want to know is how is guilty of all 3? How can one be guilty of manslaughter and murder 2?

And let me add that the rioting will continue. They are never satisfied. I want less cops and more armed citizens. Everyone knows when a cop rolls up. One can only guess when someone with a CCP is around.
