Everyone involved seemed pretty trashy. Why is the woman confronting the irate dude screaming like a moron?

if you look closely, you will see the blonde woman fold a pocket knife and put it back in her pocket. It appears that (for whatever reason) she had pulled it out in a confrontation with the Black woman. I don’t see a problem with the officer’s initial behavior, because he appears to be making an attempt to defuse the situation, walking the blonde woman away from the confrontation.

Once the Black woman assaulted the blonde, he perhaps should have made an arrest, but we do not know what happened earlier.
