This is clearly the play to try and claim a president under impeachment can’t nominate SCOTUS justice

The announcement yeah likely but hit the confirmation hearings. Even if Turtle puts on the afterburners it will be a few weeks before a confirmation hearing would likely start.

Is the main play for the pubs in the Senate to consider that with the coming mail in ballot fiasco soon to bloom that a 4-4 Supreme Court would lead to political chaos for them and us all?
