Win or lose Wednesday needs to be a reckoning

Fire a BUNCH of asses win or lose. Fauci..Wray..Haspel..that's just the start. Clean house and get all the Obama holdovers and disloyal SOB's out, pink slip city.
If you win, you need loyalists going forward that won't work to backstab your agenda anymore going forward. From the Pentagon to the State Department, clean them out. This time do NOT listen to whoever you did the last time as to new hires, put people up for confirmation loyal to you and tell the Turtle get it done.
If you lose, payback for stabbing you in the back. But stick it to them, because they have it coming.

If Biden is elected, he'll just hire them back in January. Maybe not into their previous positions, but The Swamp takes care of its own. Their loyalty will be rewarded.
