Will Manafort want MAGA to pardon him before 2020 election or wait until day after?

Manafort knows ultimately that MAGA isn’t going to let him rot in jail for some crimes that were only brought to the Feds attention because he was caught up in the white wash that is being associated with our President.

And Trump’s not going to leave a man to die because he happened to be associated with him.

Politically, MAGA can’t pardon him prior to the 2020 election, right?

But come the day after the 2020 election i would imagine MAGA pardons him win or lose.

Trump hasn't shown any indication that he cares about public appearances when it comes to pardons. If he's going to pardon Manafort, I don't think he'll wait to do it for election reasons.

Our guy Paul Manafort should be pardoned as soon as possible.

I just can’t see MAGA doing anything until after the 2020 election. To pardon prior, would be unbelievable. The melt glorious! But not a smart play.

Or perhaps, MAGA just gets it over with very soon and than he just lets the story play out and go away like everything else in this nation of short attention spans.

Pardon for what? Have you heard about a conviction?

I would think if a political calculation actually went into the decision, Manafort would be pardoned just prior to never.

Trump fired him because he was a lazy bastard. Trump doesn't owe Manafort anything.

Bro, I am all for a not guilty verdict to shite on mueller. But the reality is that the Feds have an obscene conviction rate percentage.

Dude getting found not guilty on these counts would be like winking then lottery and getting struck by lighting at the same time.

If convicted, a pardon would not be helpful politically. It doesn’t matter the 35% cult followers, but with the 35% of cult left wingers, and 30% of election deciding moderates and independents it will.

Never seen a group of people who will do anything for a scumbag like manafort simply because of his associations with Donnie. Never change trumpkins.

Manafort was a pretty calming influence and easily the most skilled media persona of any of his campaign managers (including Kellyanne Conway).

He presided successfully over a pretty scary part of the nomination process.

I’m with you here, asurob1.

What is so bad about saying “Manafort is crooked and deserves punishment, I support the verdict?”

He’s not some huge figure in trump world. He was campaign manager for 2 months.

People need to stop being so sensitive and thinking this case is out to get trump

Let the left wing tards think that

Normal people should be able to fairly separate this trial from politics

Moron. Nobody is supporting manafort because of trump. People are wanting to see honest bob fall on his face....again.

I’ve never seen so many idiots, like you, thinking tax crimes from time working with the Podestas is a reflection in any way whatsoever on Trump?

People tying this to trump are just as dumb as the people wanting him to escape Justice to “own the libs”

that has more to do with the fact that they almost never go to actual trial without a rock solid case

THIS case is super weak based on the standards they usually adhere to...

I couldn’t care less about the “libs”. If the ones we have here are any indication of how they are everywhere, it’s a lost cause. I want Mueller to get slapped on the wrist. He has gone off the deep end.

You're assuming he'll be found guilty. Probably you're correct, but maybe not.

If there is just one count of the 18 holding up a verdict, my guess would be one of the bank fraud counts as the tax counts seem pretty cut and dried.
