How could he show such disrespect for the Black Lives Movement by standing for a flag that symbolizes systemic racism and oppression?

This would be an effective use of his Twitter account. Biden has to be asked tough questions, and though this shouldn’t be a tough question, it obviously is. And if he supports the movements, why will he accept the nomination? As a white man, why is he running for President? Won’t that just perpetuate the systemic racism and overt oppression of people of color?

Not at all. A major party convention for President will still PRESUMABLY have the National Anthem played, even virtually.
