She will never be brought before the Senate for questioning. This is all a stall tactic and will be extended week to week. They'll have another excuse for her not to show up after she stands them up Monday. What's sad is the Repubs are falling for it and allowing it to happen.

Well I do agree she should be under oath. Of course, if the judiciary committee doesn't hear her, she will probably air the accusations on something like 60 minutes.
although it is still a crime to lie to congress even if you are not under oath.
