When will these mental midgets start worrying about things that really matter? If I supported them (which I don't because I am not a fool), I would be embarrassed beyond belief. How can someone support this clown show. No realistic solutions to problems whatsoever.

They can't do anything right now because they don't have enough power to do anything. Their goal is to get that power back, and they are trying to do that by using fringe issues with potential emotional power to make the GOP look immoral. It's not going to work this time around but their playbook is small.

If things are going well, why do that? Rhetorical question. Couldn't agree more with you.

What are their answers for issues that really matter?

What exactly is the platform for the democratic party in 2019?

Besides free college, free healthcare and reparations? That's why I asked the question.

Nah, post-dem republican party would be the Bush years again. Plenty of war, out of control spending, and ostracization of anyone who speaks out against it. We need the Dems for balance. Otherwise politicians in that swamp start doing whatever they want with no fear.

The Dems thrive on appealing to idiots, deadbeats, and white guilt liberals. All of whom will go along with absolutely whatever they say.

It's unfortunate that some people are just that dumb. No other way to put it.

They're 95% wrong on the issues that matter. The only thing in their repertoire is "you're a racist and you're a racist and you're a racist. You're all racists."

Some might be starting to see the error of their ways. I saw a liberal friend share an opinion piece from the NY Times saying that they will not be able to win against Trump with the views expressed by the candidates in the Democrat debates. Of course the piece still threw in a bunch of stuff about racism, sexism, etc., but it at least admitted all of the issues they are making front and center are all losing issues

IMO everything they do is to either secure power or to retain it. They don't really care about making the country better. Their policies typically involve some sort of government intervention to expand their own power and provision of entitlements that keep people dependent on them. This is their recipe for expanding and retaining power: make the people slaves who have to look to you to feed them.

It's why they always say the GOP hates the poor and defenseless. It's why they support open borders (more votes!) while condemning enforcement of the law by calling Republicans heartless monsters who are separating families. They are inconsistent with the application of their principles because they have no principles. They are opportunists who will do and say anything to win elections.

Agreed. Let's not worry about what is actually best for our country. It's all about winning, at any cost.

You asked to stick to an issue that matters, and a possible war with Iran matters to me

Sorry I fricked up your 'who's with me guys' thread

Piss off, little bitch. I asked a question, you respond with something that you "assume" will start a war with Iran? Funny, did you get upset when they shot ours down? We all know the answer to that.
