I wish your post had asked what have been her major accomplishments. I'm not aware of any. She has been one of 9 justices for so many years.

Unstable mental tards and women who know nothing better and are just followers in life. I don't know a single person that is sad because of her death....not a single person.

Not denying her accomplishments although I don’t agree with her ideology or especially her followers’ ideology. But the Left should honestly be angry with her—she had the opportunity to ensure her “legacy” had she stepped down when she had cancer and allow Obama to appoint someone new. Instead she was both selfish and overconfident that HRC would win. In the end, Trump will have that decision and it’s eating those who idolize her.

Because she’s a woman. They are held at a different standard. If a woman does the equivalent of an average male colleague, she will get more recognition than her counterpart. Look at Marie Curie and all the recognition over make scientists who’s accomplishment are vastly superior her’s.

If anything, decent people should be relieved for her passing. She has to have been living in misery for years. She looked horrible. Death is sad, but at some point it is a blessing.

Her most significant accomplishment was getting the Supreme Court to establish the intermediate scrutiny test for gender under the 14th Amendment which has benefitted men as well as women.

A good example of this was in Weinberger which she was lead counsel.
