Doesn't spying go against a major part of the Geneva Convention?

Because the main signatories of the Geneva Convention all do it and they know it...

Espionage is not inhumane or immoral. Thank God we had spies in WWII who were able to steal the German enigmas and crack the codes.

Spies and saboteurs are not generally protected under any of the Conventions or protocols, what are you writing about?

German enigmas

The original enigma decipher was created for economic reasons and used in Poland's economic sector. The Germans stole it.
