He can be fired for performance and/or criminal activity (which has been proven in his text) in less than 30 days if the HR department he was demoted to does its job....but that's asking them to do something uncomfortable and potentially more harmful to the FBI if he as goods.

Amazing he was reassigned to HR. Guy needs to be fired so let’s move him into the dept that has to review/approve/process firings. Unbelievable.
