Everyone else do your thing.

THATS WHAT NEEDS TO BE HAPPENING

NOT SHITTING DOWN THE WHOLE ECONOMY.

CHRIST...THIS IS LUDICROUS

OLD PEOPLE STAY HOME

YOUNGER PEOPLE WITH HEALTH ISSUES STAY AT HOME.

ALL THE REST OF US NEED TO BE OUT THERE TRYING TO KEEP THE ENGINE RUNNING MUCH AS POSSIBLE .

How are you living in the same world as everybody, but still not comprehending the stupid and dangerous stuff you are posting? I guess it’s a form of denial?

I know that logic isn't your thing but I'm gonna try.
If us old people are in jeopardy of GETTING it from you, then why can't we take that chance? It's called freedom.
By your logic, all people under 60 should stay home so that I won't get it FROM you when I go out.

Yah in a sense I agree. If us losing our jobs and house is inevitable than I’d rather proceed with OP’s plan.

We are essentially month to month in 3 months if we get furloughed or laid off bc we spent too much on our house (my fault). My parents wouldn’t be able to bail us out bc the market has fallen so much.

I guess mortgage will be put on hold but w/e

THIS IS NOT EBOLA.

THIS IS NOT THE SWINE FLU

THIS IS NOT INFLUENZA

THIS IS AN EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO A VIRUS. THE EMOTION IS EMBLEMATIC OF A 24 HOUR “NEWS” AND SOCIAL MEDIA PROBLEM.

While I agree go ask a 35 year old executive with high blood pressurize if he’s healthy. He will no doubt say of course.

Why should anyone even stay home?

The medical experts on this forum, for weeks, joked about how the flu was worse.

Open the borders, open the businesses, and ignore it.

If Zach's gotta stay home to protect his own health, gosh darn it everybody should stay home and off his grass.

Okay boomer. Simple solution is to just stay home and act like everyone has the virus.

I’d be ok with this if you give up your right to a hospital bed or a ventilator if you need it. Since they are limited, your “freedom” shouldn’t infringe on others. We shouldn’t have to save you from your poor decisions. If you die, you die.

We are essentially destroying the world economy to save way less people than the flu kills every year. It is absolutely ridiculous. If someone is at risk it should be on them to safeguard themselves. This nanny state commie bullshite has to stop.

The government can’t solve jack shite.

The pussification of America is at an all time high. Very sad day for our country.

Have at it gramps.

I’m down if you want to go out.

I’m just saying if you are going to get a govt order like this- you limit it to those with age and health issues that are more prone to this killing you.

OTHERWISE, LET THE YOUNG AND HEALTHY GO ABOUT THEIR LIVES AND WORK TO WARD OFF COMPLETE ECONOMIC RUIN

I agree. If Millennials and maybe some younger Gen X are asymptomatic or get very mild symptoms and can self recover, why can't we go about our lives?

The old and those with chronic conditions should shelter in place and the rest of us can engage in commerce and labor.

Yes, it would suck for old people to see young people out and about while they have to stay home and avoid quarantine, but bear in mind that they have lived their lives already. Someone in their 60s has nearly lived double my lifespan already, and people in their 70s and 80s have lived even more. Give us a chance to live already.
