Why is the Southern Poverty Law Center still allowed to brandish anyone as a "racist"?

Did they not have a huge scandal a year ago and basically admitted to making things up? I know they were one of if not the first to call out the Proud Boys.
I know the USA Today called the SPLC a scam and not an arbiter of law.

I was wondering the same thing today. Went to their website and looked at their HATE MAP.

Splc is a leftist organization. It is their job to brand all non-leftist groups as racist, hate groups. By giving all non-leftist groups a negative label, it discourages non-leftists from grouping up.

This is not accurate. The FBI used their ‘research’ up until 2015 in their data. They are the reason why militia groups have been labeled as “white supremacy” groups by federal law enforcement agencies.

The ACLU & SPLC are homegrown American terror cells our society is forced to suffer from like a pox or cancer.
