Is it because they like a "neutral" internet for content?

Explain to me how the expectation that all traffic on private ISPs regardless of source or origin must be treated equally the same as this.

I think you miss his point. One of the arguments being made by the social media giants was without net neutrality communication corporations would have the ability to censor opposing viewpoints. Those same social media giants are now censoring opposing viewpoints. It is the classic example of leftist projecting what they do onto their political opposites.

Facebook & Twitter are well-known leftist globalist shills. Facebook especially works with governments throughout the world to shut down opposing viewpoints. They really hate when people use their platforms to express opinions about limiting the power of government. It's not really surprising considering they are funded by the deep state.

They miss the point because they just repeat what they were told to on reddit.

It's literally watching a mass brainwash in action.

Are the people in Iran able to get anything out? I heard they shut down access to the internet, but i have not been following it closely.

Because Obama's 'buddies' the fanatical Mullahs will be shown as the murderous tyrants that they are. Sullies Obama's precious legacy.

The problem is they both are doing it. However, Twitter, Google and Facebook are definitely the largest perpetrators atm.
