If this memo could end the Mueller investigation and throw the Obama administration in jail, why isn't he giving it to the DOJ / Trump?

You can get your sweet arse that if this memo contained factual proof of Trump collusion with the Russians to steal the presidential election, it would’ve been made public months ago.

You kind of just validated OP's point. If Nunes had definitive proof in the memo that Obama's administration performed illegal acts, it would have already been leaked.
I hope the memo is as explosive as the various reactions I've seen of people that have read it... by I do fear the poison of hyperbole.

There hasn't even been a vote to make it public. Just a vote about whether to circulate it to members of congress. Obviously Dems aren't going to go along with Nunes' charade.
