Why is no one discussing that Nadler's Contempt charge is a crime?

By law William Barr is prohibited from releasing certain Grand Jury data without a court order. Nadler has not pursued (thus he does not have) a court order to allow this information to be released.
Nadler's charge of Contempt is quite literally his attempt at using his office to force Barr to break the law. Does this fall under Coercion? Malfeasance? Intimidation?
As Jerry Nadler was on the Judiciary Committee when it created these laws in 1999 he should fall under mens rea.
I'm really interested in what the legal minds of the Poli Board think.

Seems like the excuse was AG Barr refused to go to the Judge with the Dems to request the Grand Jury material be released so Nadler concludes that AG Barr is in Contempt of Congress.
ETA - I know nothing about the legal system, just watched the shite show hearing yesterday.

Is his agreement required for the courts to issue the order?
The law is pretty clear that the discretion is the AG's. Does Congress have the authority to usurp that discretion?

Why would a dim who is by nature a person that ignores laws like they don't exist consider the law preventing Barr from breaking the law a barrier? It never has been for them!

I'm just going by what the dims were saying during the hearing. It seemed like they constantly brought up the fact that they asked Barr multiple times to go to the judge with them to ask to release grand jury info and Barr refused apparently.
It's all political grandstanding anyway. Just more bullshite to argue about.

You can’t order someone to commit an unlawful act. Even if you’re Congress
The order is not enforceable, and non criminal
Nadless is idiotic, but in this case, not really criminal.

Thanks.
I'm not looking for support nor to bash, just honestly wondering either why something so obvious is being missed or what I am missing.

without a court order.
Part of the reason Fat Jerry wants to hold Barr in contempt is because Barr won't go to a judge and ask for the court order.

Which then begs the question: "does Congress have the authority to force someone to ask for a court order so they can access information they otherwise would not have access to?"

This is about discrediting Barr, so when he goes after the swamp trash they can turn around and say, he was held in contempt and is using it as a way of revenge. It's petty and like everything else they have attempted will blow up in their faces.
How funny will it be if Nadless was in on Swamp payments?
For a guy that has hated Trump since before he even ran for president it would be fitting.

Yeah pay no mind this absurd mental vomit. A judge cant and wont sign off on a stipulation between two parties to break the law. More blatant deceit from Nadler.
