Why is illegal to hire illegals?

No one else wants to work there arse off and the H2A and H2B programs are a major pain in the arse. Why is ot illegal to hire juan and the boys but our government is inviting them over with open arms.

Makes it too easy for the gubment not to get their share. Gotta have official status so they can have a taxpayer ID so taxes can. E withheld and remitted. That’s really it now.

Youre not wrong, but while they dont pay taxes, they still use social services that you do pay taxes for. Again, they shouldnt be here in the first place.

You are correct. Our government has incentivized them to come here, they do work, and they will work for cash off the books. They are encouraged to come and encouraged to work off the books. It is near impossible for them to work legally. Thus employers are breaking laws government has set them up to break. Government has intentionally architected this.

Cause most who hire illogical are not paying payroll taxes. Government wants their fair share.

I agree they shouldn't be here.
But the local labor market is terrible. No one can pass A drug test and I don't test for weed. And the DOL work programs are so strict you can't afford it. 14hr and you must provide a house and a vehicle. And on top of that no American can make less and you have to offer them the same benefits.

Americans used to do this type of work. Then we made welfare and while the first and second generation that could receive welfare didn’t abuse it all that much, it slowly became more and more acceptable to be on it for life.
Let’s also add that government has made it so onerous to own and run a business from a legality standpoint that it’s down right discouraging to small business owners.

Has nothing to do with illegals. OP could pay a bit more and deduct it from the ridiculous tax that the govt takes. Goes both ways.

What I'm hearing from this board is that the businesses that employ illegals bare no responsibility at all in this matter. They are also to blame. You are either a Patriot, or you are not.

Again, government incentivizes them to come here. What you or I do is beside the point. Screaming STOP does nothing. Knowing that, I say hire them off the books, get the job done well, they can pay their own freight with their earnings, and all involved win. You HAVE to live in the real world not the one we want.
The fact that there should be a wall and they shouldn’t be here and they shouldn’t get benefits and services is a philosophical discussion because The State refuses to close our borders or enforce the law. They ARE here, so now what?
