Because the dems and MSM hope 52% of the country is still dumb.

It’s weird to see ppl on TV saying they, as moderates, wanted to vote for Joe, but they just couldn’t bring themselves to do it so they’re voting for Pete instead. Do they think because he is polished and is moderate in demeanor that his policies are also moderate?
It’s just strange to see talking heads on all sides framing the dem party fracture this way.

None of them are moderate.
Klobuchar is probably the "least" to the left of the Top 5(maybe close with Biden), but on that side, they're all effectively Marxist Identitarians at this moment in time - the only question is - "To what degree?".
But, voters tend to agree with you WIR, I figured all of Warren's support would bleed over to Bernie, but it is clearly distributing itself more evenly. And with Cheat's momentum out of Iowa, he is the main beneficiary.

Eh Klobuchar, Biden amd even Butt are nowhere close to Marxist. We don’t have to lie about them they are terrible candidates on their own

Just because the left has shifted way left doesn’t mean that candidates to the slight right of Bernie are moderate.

2 are socialist and 2 are CIA assets. They've paired them up.

Mayor Pete supports:
Medicare for all
Green new deal
Importing immigrants into small towns via gov programs
There is nothing “moderate” about him

Oh, sorry. “Medicare for all who want it”
I’m sure he’ll let people keep their private insurance. I believe him.

nice move of the goal post there
favors an alternative approach allowing people to keep their private insurance while making a government plan available to anyone who prefers it. Pete Buttigeig, for example, has promoted this path while going after Medicare for All as divisive and unrealistic, saying candidates that support single-payer aren't showing “enough regard for the American people to make their own decisions."

Medicare for all is not moderate, it is pure socialism. They are all extremists.

His position certainly is "nuanced" and "evolving" - he went from "Medicare for All" is a moderate position (which he espoused), to "Medicare for All who want it" when he started taking insurance/pharma money, right?

Depends on what the meaning of "moderate" is, I guess.
I really just don't think this is the image the vast majority of Americans are ready to have the POTUS planting in the minds of our neighbors here on planet Earth...
quote:I suppose if you imagine a dude in the Whitehouse who spends his nights drinking ejaculate spewed from a shite-stained penis as avoiding extremes of behavior, then this is the "moderate" for you.
Merriam Webster's primary definition:
1a: avoiding extremes of behavior or expression : observing reasonable limits
