Why is criticism of Elijah Cummings considered racist?

Trump was stating facts about Cummings’ district. Facts are neither racist or not racist. They are facts.

Even more ridiculous is that many Democrats have been stating those very same facts for decades about Baltimore's many problems.
The media can invent any narrative they want and then use any incident or statement to push it.

No Progressives on this board have ever answered this question.
I have asked every one of them for a definition of the word racist and racism and then an explanation of how Trump and/or his tweets fit that definition and no one has ever answered me outside of:
"its not my job to explain that to you"
"if you don't see why it's racist you're too stupid to talk to"
"you're just trolling, everyone knows it's racist"
No one on tigerdroppings or Reddit has ever answered the question. But I have been flooded with down votes, insults, and non-answers.
Because to a progressive, words have no true meaning. Because truth is relative. And facts are what you want them to be.
Loyalty without question. Blind obedience without reason. Blessed be the fruit.
